Product Introduction
A pipette is an instrument designed for the accurate and quantitative transfer of liquids. It is commonly used in analytical testing and research applications to handle small or microliter volumes of liquid with precision.

Available in eight color options, with the possibility to customize your own exclusive “lucky” color!

Pipette Operation

Forward Pipetting Technique (for low-density liquids):
  • Press the push button to the first stop.
  • Slowly release the button to the ready position to aspirate the liquid.
  • To dispense, gently press the push button to the first stop. After a brief pause of about one second, continue pressing to the second stop to fully expel any remaining liquid from the tip.
  • Release the push button to the ready position. If needed, change the tip and continue pipetting.

Reverse Pipetting Technique (for high-viscosity or volatile liquids):
  • Fully depress the push button to the second stop to aspirate the liquid, then slowly release it to the ready position to complete aspiration. This draws slightly more than the preset volume.
  • Press the button to the first stop to dispense the preset volume of liquid.
  • The residual liquid remaining in the tip should be discarded along with the tip.

Calibration and Adjustment

Use the provided service tool as shown in the diagram. To adjust the volume, turn the tool clockwise to increase or counterclockwise to decrease the setting.

It is recommended to calibrate the pipette 1–2 times per year, depending on the frequency and intensity of use.

Storage and Transportation

Store and transport the pipette at room temperature.

Notice
  • Before liquid handling, ensure that the pipette and tips are at the same temperature. Hold the pipette upright while aspirating and immerse the tip 2–3 mm below the liquid surface. Pre-rinse the tip by aspirating and dispensing the liquid several times to moisten the inner wall—especially when working with viscous liquids or those with densities different from water.
  • If the tip contains liquid, do not turn the pipette upside down or lay it flat, as this may cause liquid to enter the interior mechanism. It is recommended to place the pipette on a dedicated pipette stand when not in use.
  • Always operate the pipette within its specified volume range.
  • If the pipette will not be used for an extended period, apply special maintenance oil to the sealing ring for protection.
  • For disassembly or internal maintenance, please contact a qualified service technician.
